Refund Policy

All sales/services are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that you are responsible for the purchase and all charges that result from those purchases.

However, if a transaction was completed and money has been charged to your card or bank account but the service has not been delivered within 15 days, please contact us at support@mwspay.com or via the contact form. Include the transaction date and order number. If we confirm the payment was taken without delivery, we will refund the money within 7 working days from the date we receive your email.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be initiated through the agent portal. Airline cancellation charges and MoneyWave Solutions' service fees will apply. Please review fare rules at the time of booking for specific cancellation details.
